The Hoopoe is a migratory bird that can be found across Africa, Saudi Arabia, Asia and Europe, that boasts a large pastelle pink crest adorned with black and white tips, and the craziest black and white wings. Eve created this artwork (it's one of her favorite birds) after watching a solitary Hoopoe enjoy the back yard, pecking for food, and amusingly fluffing its impressive crown in between bites.
