Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchaseWhile most  products from our Printful and Contrado Manufacturer are eligible for a return in case of errors, sealed goods like face masks or undergarments will be disposed of immediately due to health and safety reasons. You won’t get compensation or a replacement for those items.

For specialty items and Limited Edition items, these are from our Contrado Manufacturer and we abide by their return policy as follows: "from the Contrado Imagine LTD site) We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. Because everything here at Contrado Imaging Ltd. is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control department will pick this up and everything will be handled before your order is even dispatched. However, on the rare case that something does slip through, all you need to do is let us know. Take a look at the details below on how to do that:

If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within (for CreatEVE Design, we require 7 days return). Contact our customer services team using the contact form, quoting your name and order number or you can email us directly at admin@creatEVEdesign.com

A customer service representative will then talk you through the returns procedure which can often be eased by providing a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. Please also be sure to include all of your order details.

  • In many cases, remedy action can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim is clear via email
  • If the fault cannot be verified over email, you may need to return the item to us for inspection
  • In that instance, a determination can then be made as to the state of the product
  • Please do not send your products back to Contrado Imaging Ltd. without contacting a member of our team first (that means contacting CreatEVE Design so we can manage your return for you)
  • For non-specialty items from our Printful manufacturer, returns can be made once you have confirmation to return, by sending the item to the return address on the package. 


To start a return, you can contact us at admin@createvedesign.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, masks, or any undergarments (like swimwear, underwear, sport bras for example)


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
