Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

This is an overview of our Shipping and Return/Refund Policies. To read all the details or what we like to call, the nitty gritty, please follow at the links in the footer menu of our site (the links at the bottom of every page). This is where you can read the shipping and return/refund policies in more detail. 

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5-10 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days 

Specialty Items and Limited Edition items are estimated 7 to be manufactured, printed and delivered within approx 7 days.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur additional taxes, or customs/processing fees at the port of entry. We are not responsible for these fees and we cannot accepts responsibility for items returned to us that were rejected by your customs agency at the country of delivery. So please check that your item can be shipped to your delivery country/location.

Failed delivery:

Your order didn't arrive? Please contact us at asap. We want to help. 

Our manufacturers insist that you need to check your shipping confirmation email and double check your shipping address. As an independent artist and business, we are not able to cover a replacement order in this instance, but we are very happy to send you another one, but it will need to be at your cost.  Sending us this information helps us make a speedy 

However, if the confirmed shipping address was correct, message us asap at with all of your order information (sending us your original confirmation email is a good way to include all the order info) and we will begin processing the request. 

Returns policy:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Just contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. Undergarments and masks can not be returned due to sanitary regulations.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in accordance with our manufacturers return policies. 

Can't see your refund?
If your refund hasn't arrived. Hold tight. Here's what you need to do. 
First check your bank account again. Depending on your payment provider, they all have their own terms and payment duration/periods.
Next, contact your credit card company, and their terms as it can take some time before your refund is officially returned. 
Finally, contact your bank. Again, each institution has their own terms and time periods to process return payments.

Lastly, If all of this checks out, and you have not obtained your refund yet, please contact us at so we can get onto it. Pronto! 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at to see how we may help you.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanged product delivery times can vary depending on location and origin of manufacture.  
If you are shipping an item valued over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo immediately, then please email us within 7 days  at to process your return.  

Wrong size:

Each of our apparel items has a size chart in the product images, and our other products contain measurements in the product description to help you make sure you get the right size for your purchase. If you receive an item that is the incorrect size, please double check your order confirmation first  and then also check the garment label and that these two labels and match the sizing chart on the product listing for your purchase.  We will need this confirmation before we can submit your item for return.  Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled.
